These Terms of Use govern access to nastr.ai, the dashboard, the advertising platform, campaign creation and launch tools, analytics, payment features, and other services provided by Nastr AI.
By using Nastr AI, creating an account, topping up your advertising balance, creating a campaign, or using any features of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Nastr AI.

Nastr AI is a technology advertising platform. We are not your legal, financial, tax, marketing, or other professional advisor.
Nastr AI is intended for commercial use by users, advertisers, product owners, apps, websites, brands, companies, and projects.
By creating an account or campaign, you confirm that you use the service for commercial, business, or professional purposes, and not for personal household use, unless otherwise expressly agreed with Nastr AI.
If you use Nastr AI on behalf of a company, project, brand, or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to act on their behalf and accept these Terms.
Currently, login to Nastr AI is available through Google.
To use the service, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your first name, last name, email address, country, time zone, and other data necessary for account operation.

Nastr AI is not responsible for losses, errors, expenses, campaign launches, or other consequences resulting from unauthorized access to your account, if such access was not caused by Nastr AI.
To create an advertising campaign, you may provide Nastr AI with product information, including:
Nastr AI may use the information you provide to analyze the product, prepare advertising materials, identify advertising opportunities, launch campaigns, optimize performance, and provide reporting.
Campaigns in Nastr AI may be launched automatically after campaign creation, balance top-up, and/or completion of other necessary conditions.
By creating a campaign and topping up your advertising balance, you authorize Nastr AI in advance to:
If you want specific claims, restrictions, wording, branding, visual elements, or legal requirements to be taken into account in a campaign, you must provide Nastr AI with accurate and complete information in advance.
You are fully responsible for the product you promote through Nastr AI and for all information you provide to the platform.

Nastr AI may create materials based on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the source information and for the consequences of using inaccurate, incomplete, disputed, or unlawful data.
Nastr AI may use artificial intelligence, automated systems, third-party AI providers, internal tools, algorithms, and contractors for:
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, disputed, or unsuitable for a specific product, country, audience, or legal regime.
Nastr AI does not guarantee that AI-generated materials will be fully accurate, lawful, effective, unique, suitable for all platforms, or free from errors.
You are responsible for providing accurate product information and complying with applicable laws and rules.
Nastr AI does not guarantee specific results from advertising campaigns.

Any forecasts, estimated metrics, recommendations, calculations, estimated cost per lead, or other metrics are approximate and are not a guarantee of results.
You understand that advertising performance depends on many factors, including the product, market, offer, audience, competition, budget, seasonality, platform algorithms, user behavior, and other circumstances not controlled by Nastr AI.
Nastr AI operates on an advertising balance top-up model.
The minimum top-up amount is USD 100, unless otherwise specified in the dashboard, invoice, offer, or separate agreement.
The advertising balance may be used to pay for:
Nastr AI may change the minimum top-up amount, service prices, fees, available formats, spend calculation, advertising rates, CPM, billing rules, and other commercial terms. Current terms may be displayed in the dashboard, invoice, commercial offer, or other Nastr AI materials.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
By using paid features of Nastr AI, you agree that the payment provider may process payment data in accordance with its own terms, policies, and requirements.
Nastr AI is not responsible for errors, delays, refusals, blocks, fees, currency conversion, checks, refunds, restrictions, or other actions of the payment provider if they are outside Nastr AI's control.
Advertising balance top-ups are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or separately approved by Nastr AI at its own discretion.
Unused balance is not a bank deposit, electronic money, or financial product and does not accrue interest.
Nastr AI may refuse a refund if:
If a refund is approved, the refund amount may be reduced by payment provider fees, bank fees, expenses, taxes, the cost of services already provided, and other actually incurred costs, where permitted by law.
If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, bank refund, or payment provider refund, Nastr AI may:

Nastr AI may provide promo codes, bonuses, advertising credits, promotions, or special offers.

Nastr AI may provide bills, invoices, payment documents, or other reporting if such functionality is available or required by applicable law.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the billing, tax, and contact information you provide.
You are solely responsible for paying taxes, charges, duties, and other mandatory payments that may arise in connection with your use of Nastr AI, unless otherwise provided by law or a separate agreement.
Nastr AI may conduct selective manual or automated checks of users, advertisers, products, campaigns, payments, materials, and other activity.
We may request additional information or documents, including information about identity, company, product, rights to materials, source of funds, payments, or legality of promotion.
Nastr AI has the right, at its own discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to:
We may take such measures if we believe that a user, product, campaign, payment, or activity creates a legal, payment, sanctions, reputational, platform, technical, commercial, or other risk for Nastr AI, users, partners, contractors, vendors, platforms, or third parties.
Nastr AI is not required to disclose detailed reasons for refusal, restriction, campaign suspension, account blocking, or internal review results if such disclosure may harm security, anti-fraud efforts, internal processes, partners, contractors, platforms, or Nastr AI's legitimate interests.
You may not use Nastr AI to promote, create, launch, or support campaigns related to:
Nastr AI may reject or restrict any campaign even if the product is available on the App Store, Google Play, a website, social network, or other platform.
Availability of a product on a third-party platform does not mean that Nastr AI is required to accept such product for promotion.
Nastr AI campaigns may involve third-party platforms, social networks, websites, apps, advertising ecosystems, payment providers, contractors, and other external services.
Nastr AI does not control the rules, algorithms, moderation, decisions, availability, restrictions, blocks, statistics, errors, delays, interfaces, or policies of third-party platforms.
You understand that third-party platforms may change rules, restrict content, remove publications, block accounts, change algorithms, hide statistics, restrict links, or take other actions that may affect a campaign.
Nastr AI is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party platforms if they are outside Nastr AI's control.
Nastr AI reserves the right not to disclose the internal mechanics of the service, including:
Information displayed in the dashboard may be limited, aggregated, approximate, delayed, or available only to the extent Nastr AI considers sufficient to provide the service.
Nastr AI may provide campaign statistics and reports in the dashboard, including spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, estimated cost per lead, and other metrics.
Statistics may be approximate, aggregated, updated with a delay, differ from third-party platform data, or be adjusted after review.
Nastr AI does not guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness, or real-time availability of statistics.
You retain the rights to materials that you provide to Nastr AI, if such rights belong to you.
By providing materials or information to Nastr AI, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use such materials to the extent necessary for:
You confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to provide such materials to Nastr AI.
All rights to Nastr AI, including the website, interface, dashboard, software, design, technologies, algorithms, models, processes, templates, methods, analytics, databases, documentation, brand, logos, and other elements of the service, belong to Nastr AI or its licensors.
You do not receive any rights to Nastr AI's intellectual property, except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, decompile, bypass restrictions, create derivative products, interfere with operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Nastr AI.
Data processing is governed by the Nastr AI Privacy Policy.
By using the service, you agree that Nastr AI may collect, use, share, and store data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You also agree that Nastr AI may use contractors, providers, AI services, payment providers, analytics services, infrastructure providers, and other partners to provide the service.
Nastr AI may send you service communications related to your account, payments, advertising balance, campaigns, security, changes to terms, technical notices, and operation of the platform.
Such communications are part of the service and may be sent regardless of your consent to marketing communications, where permitted by law.
Nastr AI may also send marketing communications, product updates, offers, promo codes, and recommendations. You may opt out of marketing communications through the unsubscribe link or by contacting support@nastr.ai.
Nastr AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the service will operate without interruptions, errors, delays, data loss, technical issues, restrictions, incompatibilities, or unavailability of certain features.
We may change, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue individual features or the entire service without prior notice if necessary for security, maintenance, product development, legal compliance, partner requirements, or other reasons.
Nastr AI may suspend or terminate your access to the service if:
After access is terminated, Nastr AI may retain data related to the account, payments, campaigns, violations, disputes, or legal obligations in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nastr AI is not liable for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nastr AI's total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount actually paid by you to Nastr AI during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If applicable law does not allow such limitation of liability, Nastr AI's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, release from liability, and indemnify Nastr AI, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates against any claims, expenses, losses, fines, demands, or disputes arising from:
Nastr AI may be available to users from different countries; however, we reserve the right to restrict access to the service, payments, campaigns, features, or specific products in any countries or regions.
We may refuse service, restrict an account, or stop a campaign if this is related to applicable law, sanctions restrictions, payment provider rules, third-party platform requirements, internal risk policy, or other commercial reasons.
You confirm that you will not use Nastr AI if such use is prohibited by applicable laws, sanctions, or rules that apply to you.
Nastr AI may update these Terms from time to time.
In case of material changes, we may notify users through the website, dashboard, email, or another available method.
Continued use of Nastr AI after the updated Terms take effect means that you have accepted the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The parties will attempt to resolve all disputes through negotiation. Before contacting a court or other authority, you agree to first send a claim to support@nastr.ai with a description of the issue and your demands.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be considered by the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
Nastr AI's failure to immediately exercise any right does not mean a waiver of such right.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Nastr AI's prior written consent.
Nastr AI may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a reorganization, business sale, asset transfer, investment, merger, or other transaction.
